Role of different professionals in the construction industry is often viewed in a very narrow sense. The post tries to assess from a broader perspective about how useful these professionals can be to the society.
It’s a normal practice to view the role of CAD design and drafting services from a very narrow angle only. Similarly, if a nation lacks good hospitals providing affordable yet effective treatment, efficient office buildings that consume less energy and provide superior functionality, modern airports and railway stations facilitating comfortable and safe journey, stock exchanges and power plants and factories boosting country’s industrial production and thus economic growth, its development would remain a mere daydream. Who else but professionals like architects and engineers in collaboration with the financial experts can lead a country on the path to economic glory?
Social value:
Providing buildings and facilities that cater to the needs of each and every segment of the society is the responsibility of CAD design and drafting services. If the persons with disabilities or the aged and sick people cannot use the facilities freely, they would be unable to contribute towards the progress of the society and feel alienated giving rise to problems and complexities. Similarly, if proper facilities are not provided for the fairer sex, they would feel uncomfortable and productivity and efficiency of the nation would suffer greatly.
